Scheduled C-Section Support

2 hours (2 virtual sessions) to walk you through the process and how your partner or I can make the process the most comfortable for you. As well as postpartum preparation and planning basics.

I care for the baby while parents sleep. And we work with what works best in your home. I will bring the baby to you if you would like to nurse, help with pumping, or company at night. Or, I let you rest soundly while bottle feeding and caring for your newborn overnight

Troubleshooting and insight on how to maximize sleep stretches by creating or supporting a night routine.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted for covid, TDAP, and flu - and support vaccinated clients, and am limiting the number of families I work with. I am happy to further discuss covid procedures and precautions with you as well to keep everyone safe!
Rates are as follows:
4 hours per day/ 8 hours per night
$62/birth clients booking BEFORE baby is born
$65/birth clients booking a la carte AFTER baby is born
$68/hr day or night (standard rate, postpartum support only)
$70/hr (multiples) day or night
$1600/day (24/7 care)

There are never too many hands around with a newborn baby!
Get off to a strong start with a postpartum doula in the hospital. We will focus on your recovery, and getting the best care at the hospital.
We can work on nursing, practice latch, swaddling, soothing, and alternative feeding methods, so we can best make plans and meet goals.
And who doesn't need extra rest after birth? You and your family members can nap, go home to care for other children, pickup food, or take care of any other logistics.
