Postpartum Circle (1 Month Membership)

Service Description

Circle Thursday to share what's going on in our lives, connect with our body, and do some gentle movement and breathing (suitable for all even after birth -- we will be doing gentle stretches, breathing, and meditation). Membership to a private Facebook community is included with this group, so you can ask questions, and get sound doula advice, baby tips, and self care ideas through the week - and continue to grow and connect with those in our group.
